乡村振兴战略下农村共享养老模式研究——基于SWOT-CLPV模型

摘要: 为积极应对人口老龄化,共享经济与农村养老产业共同催生出新型农村共享养老模式,与乡村振兴彼此促进、辩证发展。以SWOT-CLPV模型为分析工具,对乡村振兴战略下农村共享养老模式运营的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与威胁展开探讨,通过杠杆效应与抑制性、脆弱性与问题性分析发现,当前背景下农村共享养老模式的服务资源、价格、经济保障、需求、平台标准化与垄断对服务运营具有突出影响。提出应加快体制机制建设、强化养老服务供给、深入推进乡村振兴战略,以促进农村共享养老模式在乡村振兴战略下健康有序运行。

Abstract: In order to actively respond to the aging of the population, the sharing economy and the rural pension industry jointly gave birth to a new rural sharing pension mode, which promotes and dialectically develops with rural revitalization. This study used SWOT-CLPV model as the analysis tool, and discussed internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of rural sharing pension mode based on the strategy for rural revitalization. Through leverage and inhibitory, vulnerability and problematic analysis the study found that resources, price, economic security, requirements, platform standardization and monopoly has a prominent influence on service operation. Accordingly, it is suggested that the construction of system and mechanism should be accelerated, the supply of elderly care services should be strengthened, and the strategy for rural revitalization should be further promoted to promote the healthy and orderly operation of the shared old-age care mode in rural areas under the background of the strategy for rural revitalization.
