Abstract: The compatibility between the multi-center governance theory and the governance of rural living environments from the three aspects of governance concept, governance subject and operating mechanism were analyzed. Then taking the governance of the living environments in B village as an example, the practical experience of its effective governance were analyzed ,and the logical transformation of its governance effectiveness were explored. As a result, some suggestions were put forward, such as enhancing the responsibility awareness of each subject, clarifying the responsibility of each subject, and building a network mechanism for multiple co-governance,in order to provide reference for the construction of beautiful villages.
