陕西省农业绿色发展水平评价研究

Research on the evaluation of agricultural green development level in Shaanxi province

摘要: 以资源综合利用、资源减量投入、生态保护能力、绿色供给能力和经济效益水平5个维度构建陕西省农业绿色发展水平指标评价体系,选取2012—2021年农业数据,运用熵值法对陕西省农业绿色发展水平进行评价。结果表明,陕西省近10年来农业绿色发展水平总体呈上升趋势;绿色供给能力、经济效益水平和生态保护能力对其绿色发展贡献较大;资源综合利用和资源减量投入有待提升。为提升陕西省农业绿色发展水平,应着重从提高农业基础设施、治理农业面源污染、加快农业技术创新和“三品一标”入手。

Abstract: The index evaluation system of agricultural green development level in Shaanxi province was constructed from five dimensions of resource comprehensive utilization, resource reduction investment, ecological protection capacity, green supply capacity and economic benefit level. The agricultural data from 2012 to 2021 were selected and the entropy method was used to evaluate the agricultural green development level in Shaanxi province. The results showed that the overall level of agricultural green development in Shaanxi province showed an upward trend in recent ten years; Green supply capacity, economic benefit level and ecological protection capacity contributed greatly to its green development; The resource comprehensive utilization and resource reduction investment need to be improved. In order to improve the level of agricultural green development in Shaanxi province, the proposal should focus on improving agricultural infrastructure, controlling agricultural non-point source pollution, accelerating agricultural technology innovation and “three products and one standard”.
