摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国城镇化建设过程中,由于将经济增长作为主要追求的目标,因而在发展过程中忽视了发展质量,甚至在一定程度上出现了逆城市化的现象。为了能够更好进行绿色经济发展水平和新型城镇化发展水平的协调关系研究,分别构建了绿色经济发展水平和新型城镇化发展水平的评价指标体系及耦合协调度模型,采用问卷调查的方式来进行评价指标体系的信度和效度检验。该模型发现绿色经济发展水平及新型城镇化发展水平都有了显著的提升,但是存在着区域发展不均衡的情况,绿色经济发展水平持续呈现为滞后的情况,各个地区的协调发展水平之间的差距在逐渐缩小。

Abstract: In the process of China’s urbanization construction, due to the economic growth as the main goal, the quality of development is ignored in the development process, and even to a certain extent, there is a phenomenon of reverse urbanization. In order to better study the coordination relationship between the development level of green economy and the development level of new urbanization, the evaluation index system and the coupling coordination model of the development level of green economy and the development level of new urbanization are constructed, and the questionnaire survey was used to test the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system. This model finds that both the development level of green economy and the development level of new urbanization have improved significantly, but there is an unbalanced regional development. The development level of green economy continues to lag, and the gap between the coordinated development levels of various regions is gradually narrowing.
