基于BP-TOPSIS的农村居民生活质量评价

The evaluation of rural residents’ life quality based on BP-TOPSIS model

摘要: 在建立评价体系的基础上,先使用AHP与熵权法确定指标权重,接着用TOPSIS进行评价并将评价结果输入BP神经网络进行训练,使用模型对2005—2019年江苏省农村居民生活质量进行评价。结果表明,近年来江苏省居民生活质量不断提高的同时也存在一些潜在问题,但整体发展态势良好。本模型可以科学有效地对农村居民生活质量做出评价,其评价结果可为农村相关民生政策的制定与修订提供参考。

Abstract: On the basis of the establishment of the evaluation system, the index weights were determined by AHP and entropy weight method, and then the evaluation results by TOPSIS were input into BP neural network for training. The model was used to evaluate the quality of life of rural residents in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2019. The results showed that the quality of life of rural residents in Jiangsu Province was improved in recent years, but there were still some potential problems. However, the overall development trend was good. The model could scientifically and effectively evaluate the quality of life of rural residents, and the evaluation results could provide a reference for the formulation and revision of policies related to rural people’s livelihood.
