摘要: 以云南省为研究区域,以咖啡产品为研究对象,核算云南省咖啡生产过程中的碳足迹,运用通径分析方法探究云南省咖啡生产过程中碳足迹的影响因素,同时阐明减缓碳足迹的可能性,提出咖啡生产过程中实现节水减排目标的建议,为更好地推进云南省咖啡产业低碳、绿色发展提供切实可行的参考。

Abstract: Taking Yunnan Province as the research area and coffee products as the research object, the carbon footprint of coffee production in Yunnan Province was calculated, the path analysis method to explore the influencing factors of carbon footprint in the coffee production process in Yunnan Province was used, the possibility of mitigating the carbon footprint was clarified, and suggestions for achieving water saving and emission reduction goals in the coffee production process were put forward, so as to provide a practical reference for better promoting the low-carbon and green development of the coffee industry in Yunnan Province.
