一株猪流行性腹泻病毒变异株的分离、鉴定与全基因组序列分析

Isolation, identification and whole genome sequence analysis of a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus variant strain

摘要: 江苏省某猪场疑似发生猪流行性腹泻(Porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED),采集病料后,经RT-PCR检测PEDV呈阳性。病毒感染Vero细胞能够引起明显的细胞病变,间接免疫荧光鉴定结果显示病毒感染细胞后能被抗PEDV N蛋白的特异性单克隆抗体识别。通过全基因组序列分析,鉴定该毒株为PEDV G2b亚型变异株,并将其命名为PEDV JS-B株。

Abstract: PED was suspected to have occurred in a pig farm in Jiangsu Province, and after collection of disease material, PEDV was tested positive by RT-PCR. Virus-infected Vero cells were able to cause significant cytopathic changes, and the immunofluorescence results showed that the virus-infected cells could be recognized by a specific monoclonal antibody against PEDV N protein. Through whole genome sequence analysis, this strain was identified as a PEDV G2b subtype variant and designated PEDV JS-B strain.
