农产品贸易自由化对农业碳排放的影响及其机制

Effect of agricultural products trade liberalization on agricultural carbon emissions and its mechanism

摘要: 基于中国2004—2019年非线性面板数据实证检验农产品贸易自由化对中国农业碳排放的作用机理。结果表明,规模效应、技术效应和资本劳动比率引致的结构效应提高中国农业碳排放水平,出现反常的“正技术效应”。贸易引致的结构效应降低中国农业碳排放水平。农产品贸易自由化总体上使中国农业碳排放水平上升。中国是农产品贸易的逆差国,存在农业碳排放的倒“U”型环境库兹涅茨曲线。全国农业2017年基本实现“碳达峰”。

Abstract: Based on the nonlinear panel data in China from 2004 to 2019, the mechanism of agricultural products trade liberalization on China's agricultural carbon emissions was empirically tested. The results showed that the structural effect caused by the scale effect, technology effect and capital-labor ratio improved the level of agricultural carbon emissions in China, appearing abnormal “positive technique effect”. Trade-induced structural effects lowered the level of agricultural carbon emissions in China. On the whole, trade liberalization of agricultural products made the level of agricultural carbon emissions rising. China was a deficit country in agricultural products trade, and there was an inverted “U” shaped environmental Kuznets curve. China's agriculture basically reached a “carbon peak” in 2017.
