植物生长调节剂及杀菌剂对夏枯草幼苗质量的影响

Effects of plant growth regulators and fungicides on the quality of Prunella vulgaris seedlings

摘要: 为探究不同植物生长调节剂及杀菌剂对夏枯草(Prunella vulgaris L.)幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,提高夏枯草种苗质量,以夏枯草种子为材料,在穴盘育苗条件下,分别喷施GA3(50 mg/L)、IAA(25 mg/L)、6-BA(25 mg/L)、多菌灵(0.5 g/L)、百菌清(0.5 g/L)、甲基托布津(0.5 g/L)和纯净水(CK),测定夏枯草幼苗形态特征、农艺性状、干物质质量及生理生化指标,并采用熵权法进行综合评价。结果表明,GA3显著改变了幼苗地上部分形态,增加了株高、叶长及地上部分干物质积累,但抑制了茎粗、根系体积及根系干物质积累,易形成弱苗;IAA和6-BA处理有利于地下部分干物质积累及叶片可溶性糖含量提升,其中IAA显著提高了根系可溶性蛋白质含量,6-BA则维持了较高的光合色素总量;3种杀菌剂中,百菌清处理提高了叶宽和幼苗综合质量,而多菌灵和甲基托布津处理分别抑制了根系体积和叶片数,并显著降低了幼苗综合质量。熵权法综合评价显示,IAA和6-BA处理的幼苗综合质量得分最高,排名分别为1、2,优于GA3及3种杀菌剂处理。综上所述,喷施IAA或6-BA可有效促进夏枯草幼苗生长,提高幼苗质量;在预防病害时,百菌清较甲基托布津和多菌灵对幼苗质量的不利影响更小。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators and fungicides on the growth and physiological characteristics of Prunella vulgaris seedlings, and to improve seedling quality, P. vulgaris seeds were used as materials, and under plug seedling cultivation, GA3(50 mg/L), IAA (25 mg/L), 6-BA (25 mg/L), carbendazim (0.5 g/L), chlorothalonil (0.5 g/L), thiophanate-methyl (0.5 g/L), and purified water (CK) were sprayed, respectively. Seedling morphological characteristics, agronomic traits, dry matter mass, and physiological and biochemical indicators were measured, and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted using the entropy weight method. The results showed that GA3 significantly altered the aboveground morphology of the seedlings, increasing plant height, leaf length, and aboveground dry matter accumulation, but inhibited stem diameter, root volume, and root dry matter accumulation, making it easy to form weak seedlings. IAA and 6-BA treatments were beneficial for belowground dry matter accumulation and the increase of leaf soluble sugar content, with IAA significantly increasing root soluble protein content, while 6-BA maintained a higher total photosynthetic pigment content. Among the three fungicides, chlorothalonil treatment increased leaf width and the overall quality of the seedlings, whereas carbendazim and thiophanate-methyl treatments inhibited root volume and leaf number, respectively, and significantly reduced the comprehensive quality of the seedlings. The comprehensive evaluation using the entropy weight method showed that the seedlings treated with IAA and 6-BA had the highest comprehensive quality scores, ranking first and second, respectively, outperforming those treated with GA3 and the three fungicides. In conclusion, spraying IAA or 6-BA could effectively promote the growth and improve the quality of P. vulgaris seedlings; in preventing diseases, chlorothalonil had less adverse effect on seedling quality compared to thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim.
