农业高质量发展与乡村振兴耦合协调的时空演进及溢出效应

The spatiotemporal evolution and spatial spillover effects of coupling coordination degree of high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization

摘要: 基于中国31省(区、市)2014—2023年的面板数据,采用熵权法、耦合协调分析、核密度分析、障碍因子分析、空间杜宾模型等方法,探究农业高质量发展与乡村振兴耦合协调的时空演进规律及其障碍因子。结果表明,2014—2023年,中国农业高质量发展与乡村振兴的耦合协调度在地理空间上表现为空间正相关特征,且地区间差异化明显;全国核密度曲线呈单峰集聚特征;国内专利申请受理量是影响农业高质量发展障碍度最大的因子,农村用电量是影响乡村振兴发展障碍度最大的因子;农业创新投入对二者耦合协调度具有显著的正向驱动效应,同时具有较强的空间溢出效应,因此应加大对农业资源的投入力度,将区域协调与精准调控相结合,推动实现各区域高质量协调发展。

Abstract: Based on panel data from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China from 2014 to 2023, the entropy weight method, coupling coordination analysis, kernel density estimation, obstacle factor analysis, and the spatial Durbin model were employed to explore the spatiotemporal evolution patterns and obstacle factors of the coupling coordination between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization. The results showed that from 2014 to 2023, the coupling coordination degree between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization across China exhibited a significantly positive spatial correlation in geographic space, with prominent regional disparities. The national kernel density curve displayed a unimodal agglomeration feature. Among the obstacle factors restricting high-quality agricultural development, the number of domestic patent applications accepted ranked as the most significant obstacle factor, while rural electricity consumption was the primary obstacle factor hindering rural revitalization. Agricultural innovation input exerted a significantly positive driving effect on the coupling coordination degree, accompanied by strong spatial spillover effects. Therefore, efforts should be intensified to increase investment in agricultural resources, and regional coordination should be integrated with targeted regulation to promote high-quality coordinated development across all regions.
