近红外光谱法定量分析白花蛇舌草种子中水分含量

Quantitative Analysis of Moisture Content in Oldenlandia diffusa Seeds by Near Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要: 应用近红外光谱技术建立白花蛇舌草种子水分含量快速测定的检测方法,用于种植种苗培育和药材储存管理及质量控制。采用干燥加速和加湿加速试验方法处理样品,扩充样品水分分布区间,用烘干法测量水分,然后采用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立水分定量分析模型。结果表明,模型的相关系数达到0.991,均方根偏差RMSECV为0.086,内部交叉验证和外部验证中,预测偏差均小于1.0%。建立的白花蛇舌草种子水分定量模型能准确地预测种子中水分的含量,可用于种植种苗培育、药材储存管理及质量控制。

Abstract: To establish a method for quick determination of moisture content in Oldenlandia diffusa seeds by near infrared spectroscopy,which can be used for planting seedling cultivation and medicine storage management and quality control. The methods of drying and humidifying are used to process samples,which is used to expand the water distribution range of samples and the moisture was measured by the drying method. Near infrared spectroscopy combining partial leastsquares method(PLS) was used to develop the moisture quantitative analysis mode. Results showed that the correlation coefficient of model was 0.991,RMSECV was 0.086,the internal cross validation and the external verification were less than 1.0%. The NIRS model can accurately predict the moisture content in Oldenlandia diffusa seeds,which can be used for planting seedling cultivation、medicine storage management and quality control.
