摘要/Abstract

摘要： 氟苯尼考是一种合成的广谱抗菌氯霉素衍生物,它的抗菌谱广,已被广泛用于预防和控制猪呼吸道疾病以及消化系统疾病。在临床应用中,氟苯尼考在不恰当或者高剂量水平下会呈现出各种毒性反应,对动物的消化、生殖系统以及不同的内脏器官造成不同程度的损伤。对氟苯尼考的一般毒性、特殊毒性、生态毒性和时间毒性方面的研究进展进行综述,总结氟苯尼考毒性的特点,为临床用药提供更好的指导。

Abstract: Florfenicol is a synthetic broad-spectrum antimicrobial derivative of chloramphenicol. It has a wide antibacterial spectrum and has been used to prevent and control respiratory and digestive diseases in pigs. In clinical application, florfenicol may show various toxic reactions at inappropriate or high dose levels, causing varying degrees of damage to animal digestion, reproductive system and different internal organs. The research progress on general toxicity, special toxicity, ecotoxicity and chronotoxicology of florfenicol was reviewed in order to summarize the toxicity characteristics of florfenicol and provide better guidance for clinical use.
