汤逊湖浮游生物群落结构变化的现状调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on structure changes of plankton community in Tangxun lake

摘要: 为掌握武汉市汤逊湖的生态状况以识别主要生态问题,2019年在汤逊湖湖区设置9个点位,监测分析浮游生物的群落结构变化和水质情况。结果表明,汤逊湖水体浮游植物群落总体构成中,鉴定出5门34种藻类,其中硅藻门8种、蓝藻门7种、绿藻门14种、隐藻门2种、裸藻门3种;共检出浮游动物2类14种,其中桡足类8种,枝角类6种。磷是影响汤逊湖浮游植物密度变化的最重要的环境因素。浮游动物对浮游植物的下行效应是影响内汤逊湖浮游植物生长最重要的生物因素。

Abstract: In order to grasp the ecological status of Tangxun Lake in Wuhan City to identify major ecological problems, 9 points were set up in Tangxun lake area in 2019, the structure changes of plankton community and water quality were monitored and analyzed. The results showed that in the total composition of phytoplankton community in Tangxun Lake water body, a total of 34 species of algae were identified, including 8 species of Diatomaceae, 7 species of Cyanophyta,14 species of Chlorophyta, 2 species of Cryptophyta, 3 species of Euglena; and a total of 14 species of 2 types of zooplankton were detected, including 8 species of Copepods and 6 kinds of Cladocerans. Phosphorus was the most important environmental factor affecting the density of phytoplankton in Tangxun Lake. The top-down effect of zooplankton on phytoplankton was the most important biological factor affecting the growth of phytoplankton in Tangxun Lake.
