放养密度对黄颡鱼精养池塘浮游植物群落结构特征的影响

Effect of different stocking densities on phytoplankton community structures in intensive aquaculture ponds of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco larval

摘要: 为探讨不同养殖密度的黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)精养池塘中浮游植物群落结构特征,选用初始体质量平均16.7 g、体长平均10.8 cm的黄颡鱼幼鱼,分别设置初始密度为125 000尾/hm2(D1)、100 000尾/hm2(D2)和75 000尾/hm2(D3)的3种养殖密度,在精养池塘中进行142 d的养殖和水质监测试验。结果表明,各密度组均属绿藻型池塘,且浮游植物的种类数量和丰度增幅均随放养密度的增加而减少。多样性指数(H’)和均匀度指数(J’)在富营养化程度评价上显示出了较强的相似性和一致性:水体富营养化程度均随养殖密度升高而呈递增趋势,但均未达到重污染水平,表明放养密度对浮游植物群落结构的稳定性没有显著性影响。幼鱼的增重率、特定生长率、肥满度均随着放养密度的增加而呈递减趋势,饵料系数则呈上升趋势。成活率变化不大,均在90%以上。其中特定生长率在D1、D2和D3各组之间呈显著性差异(P<0.05),增重率、肥满度和饵料系数在D1和D2之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合浮游植物群落结构特征和黄颡鱼生长指标分析,该试验条件下的最适放养密度为D2(100 000尾/hm2)。

Abstract: For investigating the community structures of phytoplankton in different densities intensive aquaculture ponds of yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco), the Juvenile yellow catfish of 16.7 body weights and 10.8 body lengths were randomly divided into three ponds for 142 days(from May to September in 2018) with initial density of 125 000 fries/hm2(D1), 100 000 fries/hm2(D2) and 75 000 fries/hm2(D3), respectively. The results showed that the three ponds were dominated with green algae. The growing rate of both species quantity and richness decreased with the increasing stocking density. The diversity indexes(H’) and evenness indexes(J’) in eutrophication assessment presented high similarity and correspondence. The eutrophication degree of three ponds increased with the stocking density but not reached the level of heavy pollution which indicated that the stocking density had no significant effect on the stability of the phytoplankton community structure. The WGR (weight gain rate),SGR (specific growth rate), CF (condition factor) showed decreasing trends with the increasing stocking density, while the FCR(feed coefficient rate) showed increasing trend. The survival rate had no significant difference in the three ponds which were all above 90%. The SGR(specific growth rate) presented significant differences in D1,D2 and D3 group(P<0.05), and the WGR, CF and FCR in D3 showed significant difference with those of D1 and D2(P<0.05). According to comprehensive analysis on phytoplankton community structures and growth indexes, the optimal stocking density of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was D2 (100 000 fries/hm2) under the conditions of this experiment.
