破壁式方法提取藤茶中二氢杨梅素的工艺研究

Study on Wall-breaking Assisted Extraction of Dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata

摘要: 以湖北省恩施州富硒土壤上生长的藤茶(Ampelopsis grossedentata)为原料,开展破壁式提取二氢杨梅素的工艺研究。结果显示,破壁式辅助提取条件下,常温25 ℃,料液比1∶50(g∶mL),用100%纯乙醇溶液提取5 min,提取液中二氢杨梅素含量为15.172%。

Abstract: Using Ampelopsis grossedentata which is growing on the soil rich in selenium as material in Enshi of Hubei province,wall-breaking assisted extraction test of dihydromyricetin(DMY) was carried out. The results showed that under the condition of wall-breaking assisted extraction,5 min was extracted and the ratio of tea material to 100% pure ethanol solution was 1∶50(g∶mL) at room temperature(25 ℃),the content of DMY in tea soup was 15.172%.
