摘要: 综述了近几年有关桑叶化学成分和开发利用的研究进展。主要介绍了桑叶中的黄酮及黄酮苷类、多酚、多糖、生物碱类、甾醇类、挥发油、氨基酸及维生素等活性成分,桑叶的药理功能如降血脂、降血糖、抗衰老、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等。并对桑叶制品的开发利用情况进行了总结。

关键词: 桑叶, 化学成分, 药理功能

Abstract: The research progress on the chemical constituents and development and utilization of mulberry leaves in recent years was summarized. The active components such as flavonoids and flavonoid glycosides, polyphenols, polysaccharides, alkaloids, sterols, volatile oil, amino acids and vitamins in mulberry leaves were mainly introduced. The pharmacological functions of mulberry leaves, such as lowering blood lipid, lowering blood sugar, anti-aging, anti-virus and anti-tumor,wereintroduced. The development and utilization of mulberry leaf products were summarized.
