Determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice by GC

摘要: 试验建立了用气相色谱法对大米中15种有机磷农药残留量进行测定的方法,采用火焰光度检测器FPD+,外标法,自动进样。结果表明,采用程序升温,15种有机磷农药在DB1701石英毛细管柱上得到了很好地分离,该方法回收率高、重现性好、分析时间短,是一种准确、稳定、操作简便的方法,完全满足实际应用需要。

Abstract: The method for the determination of 15 organophosphorus residues in rice was established by gas chromatography. The method was verified by flame photometric detector FPD+, external standard method and automatic injection under established gas chromatography. The results showed that the 15 organophosphorus pesticide were well separated on DB1701 quartz capillary column by temperature programmed. The method had high recovery, good reproducibility and short analysis time. It was an accurate, stable and simple method, which can fully meet the needs of practical application.
