基于正交试验的石笔木扦插繁殖研究

Study on cutting propagation of Tutcheria championii base on orthogonal experiment method

摘要: 为了筛选适合石笔木(Tutcheria championii)扦插繁殖的方案,采用正交试验方法和隶属函数法,研究生长调节剂种类、浓度及基质对石笔木扦插的影响。结果表明,生长调节剂种类、生长调节剂浓度,扦插基质对石笔木生根率的影响极显著。隶属函数法综合分析表明,当外源生长调节剂为100 mg/L的IBA且基质为黄泥土与河沙(体积比为2:1)时,石笔木扦插效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to select the suitable treatment for Tutcheria championii cutting propagation,the effects of plant growth regulator types, concentration and substrates on Tutcheria championii cutting propagation were studied using orthogonal experimental design and membership function method. The result showed that the plant growth regulator types, concentration and substrates had significant effects on rooting rate of cutting propagation. The comprehensive analysis of membership function method showed that when the exogenous growth regulator was 100 mg/L IBA and the matrix was yellow soil and sand(the volume ratio of yellow soil and sand was 2:1), the cutting effect of Tutcheria championii was the best.
