Abstract: Since the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, how to achieve effective rural governance has become the focus of academic research. As the material basis of rural development, rural collective economy has a profound impact on rural governance. As the carrier of collective economic development, village-level collective economic organizations have complex interactive relations with the rural governance process at many levels. Starting from the rural governance field and taking rural collective economic organizations as the entry point, this paper explores the governance efficiency of collective economic organizations in rural governance based on their interaction. From the level of organization relationship, management resources, democratization and collective organization function four aspects to explore the current obstacles to development and rural collective economic organization governance and effective factors, and puts forward corresponding proposals, so as to dig deeper into governance attributes of collective economic, in order to realize the rural collective economy and the two-way mutual promoting development of rural governance.
