Abstract: Exploring the way of rural collective economy development and strengthening the achievements of rural collective economy development were of great significance to break the bottleneck of the development of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and realize rural revitalization. By using the comparative analysis method, this study selected the cases of rural collective economy development in the eastern and the western, combined with the theory of economy growth, and made a comparative analysis of the rural collective economy development in the case area from five aspects of capital, talent, technology, system and culture, so as to explore the factors influencing the development of rural collective economy and provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of rural collective economy.
