红楠和滇润楠叶片和枝条挥发性成分分析

Analysis of volatile components in leaves and twigs of Machilus thunbergii and Machilus yunnanensis

摘要: 为探究红楠(Machilus thunbergii)与滇润楠(Machilus yunnanensis)叶片和枝条中挥发性成分,以广西壮族自治区南宁市良凤江国家森林公园苗圃中红楠和滇润楠幼苗为材料,采集其叶片与1年生枝条,采用正己烷浸提法提取挥发性成分,结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行分析。结果表明,红楠叶片、红楠枝条、滇润楠叶片、滇润楠枝条中相对含量最高的组分分别为β-榄香烯(10.49%)、β-桉叶醇(16.60%)、二十四烷(11.22%)、δ-杜松烯(9.88%)。红楠叶片和枝条中萜烯类化合物相对含量均占主导地位,分别为74.82%和77.29%,叶片中芳香烃类相对含量较高(11.05%),枝条中醇类相对含量较高(18.94%)。滇润楠叶片中萜烯类相对含量为38.78%,明显低于红楠叶片、红楠枝条、滇润楠枝条,但其烷烃类相对含量较高(27.51%),同时含有较多醇类、酮类和酯类。滇润楠枝条中萜烯类、烷烃类和有机酸类的相对含量较高,分别为57.50%、20.52%和15.88%。红楠、滇润楠叶片和枝条中含有丰富的挥发性成分,且不同树种的不同部位的挥发性成分相对含量存在一定差异。

Abstract: To investigate the volatile components in the leaves and twigs of Machilus thunbergii and Machilus yunnanensis, seedlings from the nursery of Nanning Liangfengjiang National Forest Park in Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, were used as materials. The leaves and one-year-old twigs were collected, and the volatile components were extracted using the n-hexane immersion method, followed by analysis via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the components with the highest relative content in Machilus thunbergii leaves, Machilus thunbergii twigs, Machilus yunnanensis leaves, and Machilus yunnanensis twigs were β-elemene (10.49%), β-eudesmol (16.60%), tetracosane (11.22%), and δ-cadinene (9.88%), respectively. The relative content of terpenoids was dominant in both the leaves and twigs of Machilus thunbergii, accounting for 74.82% and 77.29%, respectively. The leaves had a higher relative content of aromatic hydrocarbons (11.05%), while the twigs had a higher relative content of alcohols (18.94%). The relative content of terpenoids in Machilus yunnanensis leaves was 38.78%, which was significantly lower than that in Machilus thunbergii leaves, Machilus thunbergii twigs, and Machilus yunnanensis twigs. However, the relative content of alkanes was higher (27.51%), and it also contained a considerable amount of alcohols, ketones, and esters. The relative contents of terpenoids, alkanes, and organic acids in Machilus yunnanensis twigs were relatively high, at 57.50%, 20.52%, and 15.88%, respectively. The leaves and twigs of both Machilus thunbergii and Machilus yunnanensis contained abundant volatile components, and the relative contents of these components varied among different tree species and different plant parts.
