QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水稻中阿维菌素B1a残留

Determination of the residue of abamectin B1a in rice by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS

摘要: 采用QuEChERS方法与超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术,建立了水稻多种基质中阿维菌素B1a残留的检测方法。结果表明,该方法在0.005~0.500 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.995),糙米、稻壳、秸秆中定量限分别为0.01、0.01、0.02 mg/kg,回收率71%~92%,相对标准偏差3%~11%,符合检测要求。田间试验显示,阿维菌素在水稻中消解较快,海南试验点稻壳、稻谷半衰期分别为1.2、1.7 d;终残期糙米中阿维菌素残留量均低于定量限,稻壳和秸秆仅海南试验点均有少量残留,且稻壳中残留量高于糙米,表明阿维菌素主要存在于稻壳中,水稻脱壳可以有效减少阿维菌素的残留。本研究建立的检测方法高效可靠,可为阿维菌素在水稻上的合理使用及农产品质量安全监管提供技术支撑。

Abstract: Using the QuEChERS and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS)technology, a detection method of abamectin B1a residues in various rice matrices was established. The results showed that the method exhibited good linearity in the concentration range of 0.005-0.500 mg/L (r≥0.995). The limits of quantification (LOQ) in brown rice, rice husk and straw were 0.01, 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 71% to 92%, with relative standard deviations of 3%-11%, meeting the requirements for residue analysis. Field trials indicated that abamectin degraded rapidly in rice. The half-lives in rice husk and paddy rice at the Hainan experimental site were 1.2 d and 1.7 d, respectively. At the final residue stage, abamectin residues in brown rice were all below the LOQ. Only a small amount of residues was detected in rice husk and straw at the Hainan site, and the residue level in rice husk was higher than that in brown rice, suggesting that abamectin mainly accumulated in rice husk. Rice dehulling could effectively reduce abamectin residues. The established method was efficient and reliable, and could provide technical support for the rational application of abamectin on rice and the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.
