基于Stackelberg微分博弈的林业碳汇价格形成机制研究

Research on the formation mechanism of forestry carbon sequestration price based on stackelberg differential game

摘要: 基于Stackelberg微分博弈模型,建立了政府与林业碳汇企业在碳汇交易价格、交易量和转移支付水平方面的博弈分析框架,研究了通过博弈形成碳汇交易价格的机制。结果表明,随着林业碳汇交易市场日趋完善,碳汇Stackelberg微分博弈交易价格逐年降低,碳汇交易总量逐年提升,政府转移支付水平逐年升高,且经过政府与林业碳汇企业的多年博弈后,三者均趋于稳定,可为政府制定税收政策及林业碳汇企业决策提供参考,促进林业碳汇及碳交易市场的完善和发展。

Abstract: Based on the Stackelberg differential game model, a game analysis framework between the government and forestry carbon sink enterprises in terms of carbon exchange transaction price, transaction volume and transfer payment level is established, and the mechanism of forming carbon sink transaction price through game is studied. The results show that with the improvement of the forestry carbon trading market, the price of the carbon sink Stackelberg differential game is decreasing year by year; the total amount of carbon sink transactions is increasing year by year; the level of government transfer payment is increasing year by year; and the government and forestry carbon sink enterprises have been increasing for many years. After years of game between the government and forestry carbon sink enterprises, all three have stabilized, which provides reference for the government to formulate tax policies and decision-making for forestry carbon sink enterprises, and promote the improvement and development of forest carbon sinks and carbon trading markets.
