山桐子嫁接方法研究

Study on grafting method of Idesia polycarpa Maxim.

摘要: 通过枝接中的切接、劈接、腹接与芽接中的嵌芽接、T形芽接5种不同嫁接方法对山桐子(Idesia polycarpa Maxim.)进行嫁接,研究不同嫁接方法对山桐子成活率及生长势的影响。嫁接40 d后统计山桐子成活株数,嫁接60 d后统计山桐子的生长状况。结果表明,在枝接中切接的成活率较高,达到85.0%;芽接中嵌芽接成活率较高,为85.0%;切接生长势优于嵌芽接生长势。枝接中的切接是山桐子最佳的嫁接方法。

Abstract: The grafting methods of incision grafting, cleft-grafting, side grafting,inlay grafting and T-bud grafting were carried out to study the effects of different grafting methods on the survival rate and growth potential of Idesia polycarpa Maxim.After grafting for 40 days, the survival strains of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. were observed and recorded under different grafting methods, and 60 days after grafting, the growth status of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. was observed and recorded by different grafting methods. The results showed that the survival rate of the incision grafting was the highest in the branch-grafting, up to 85.0%, and the survival rate of inlay grafting was also high,reached 85.0%. The growth trend of incision grafting is better than that of inlay grafting. The incision grafting in grafting is the best grafting method of Idesia polycarpa. Maxim..
