Abstract: To study the different layer deposition temperature,deposition time and gibberellin concentration on the seed germination of Spuriopiminella brachycarpa, the suitable environment of seed germination was discussed. By comparing the seed germination number under different treatments,it is concluded that the optimum cordition for the germination of S. brachycarpa was in 8 ℃ for 45 days,with 200 mg/L gibberellin（GA3）.
