Abstract: In 3 rabbit farms in Henan province, 50 samples of fresh feces from healthy rabbits were collected randomly from each rabbit farm according to 10 age stages, and were collected by saturated brine floatation method and Mac Master counting method. The number of oocysts per gram of feces was examined to observe the change of egg sac quantity of coccidiosis. The results showed that coccidia oocysts could be detected in the feces of rabbits at each age stage in A and B rabbit farm, while hardly detected in C rabbit farm. Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease in rabbits, but not in every rabbit farm. Prevention should be given priority to, while treatment should be supplemented. Maintaining good feeding environment, increasing nutrition, increasing resistance and planned medication was suggested.
