Application Research on Good Agricultural Practices for Controlling Vegetable Pepper Pesticide Residues

Abstract: Due to the problems of small scale, low science and technology content, low level of quality and safety management and lack of self development power in the initial processing enterprises of pepper planting base in Guizhou province, in order to effectively control the pesticide residues in the source of agricultural production base and ensure the quality and safety of the supply of agricultural products, the above problems must be solved effectively. The object of this article is to introduce the concept, the historical background and basic principle of good agricultural practices, introduce GAP into the production practice of vegetable pepper cultivation, analysis pesticide residues hazards, identify critical control points, institute the evaluation method.
