Design on Water Quality Monitoring Device for Aquaculture with Skewer Style

Abstract: Traditional aquaculture water quality monitoring devices often use water quality monitoring sensor fixed submerged water working mode, resulting in water quality monitoring sensor loss of large, short working life. In this paper, a kind of water quality monitoring device with skewer style is designed, which is based on the innovative design of the sample work mode and the water sampling mode, and the water sample is extracted to the designated sensor location for detection, the monitoring precision is increased by 30%; the sensor and the monitored water body are not directly contacted to protect The service life of the sensor is 70% longer than that of the traditional device. And in the same depth, using the device of the motion mechanism to achieve the same depth, the different locations of multiple sampling, monitoring data more comprehensive. Through position sensor, MCU (including STM32F4, MAX813 watchdog Chip) to adjust the drop depth of the stick-like bar, to avoid the possible error caused by manual operation.
