Comparative study on the content of total anthraquinone in sanhuang Xiexin decoction with different dosages

Abstract: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total anthraquinones in Xiexin decoction with different doses. The content of total anthraquinone in Xiexin soup at different doses was calculated by determining at 512 nm wavelength and the solution of magnesium acetate with a concentration of 1% as a colorant. The content of the total anthraquinone in Xiexin soup with different doses was calculated, and the difference was compared. This method reveals the change of total anthraquinone content in Xiexin soup with different dosage. The content of total anthraquinones in Xiexin soup with different doses is different, which may affect the dissolution rate of total anthraquinone with different doses of Scutellariz baicalensis and Coptis chinensis. This method can be used as the quality control method of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in different dosages, and the combination of different dosage of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
