Prospect of exploitation of Helianthus tuberosus in Yan’anWANG Gai-gai,ZHOU Jun,SONG Yun

Abstract： Based on the current situation of agricultural development in yan’an region, the existing problems in industrialization development of Helianthus tuberosus L. were pointed out, the cultivation techniques and prospect of exploitation of Helianthus tuberosus L. were expounded. Meanwhile, suggestions and measures to promote the development and provide basis for industrial production of Helianthus tuberosus L. were put forward in Yan’an area.
