Abstract

Abstract: On the basis of investigating the scientific and technological evaluation system of some representative agricultural research institutes and universities in Hubei province, the outstanding problems existing in the current scientific and technological evaluation system of agricultural research institutes in Hubei province were analyzed,some countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the current scientific and technological evaluation system were put forward.
