Abstract: Starting from the problems in the access conditions and evaluation methods of the Three Gorges follow-up agricultural projects, basing on the Interim Measures for the Implementation and Management of the Three Gorges Follow-up Work Plan, combining with the practical experience of other types of agricultural project enterprise access evaluation in China, the AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to construct a dynamic evaluation system for the access of the Three Gorges follow-up agricultural projects, so as to improve project investment benefits.
