Study on application of mechanical control and maintenance technology for thin slice raw materials

Abstract: The effect of nitrogen-filled on the control of adult and larvae of the thin slice raw material Lasioderma serricorne was studied. At the same time, the application of mechanical nitrogen-filling regulation in wafer curing was studied. The results showed that under certain technical conditions, the oxygen concentration in the sealed soot was less than 2% for 45 days, and the mortality of tobacco adults and larvae in the tobacco could reach 100%. The mechanical nitrogen filling regulates the water content of the thin slice raw material. The mechanical nitrogen filling control had obvious function to adjust the moisture content of sheet material, and the test cargo had no mildew or carbonization.
