Abstract: As the main way to supplement cultivated land, land development has important practical significance for realizing cultivated land requisition-compensation balance. In order to prevent ecological degradation during the implementation of the land development projects, it is necessary to carry out the ecological feasibility analysis. In this study, the comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological benefits of the land development projects was established, and the evaluation index weight was determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, the comprehensive index of ecological benefits before and after the land development projects was calculated according to the comprehensive evaluation model so as to analyze the ecological feasibility. Taking the land development projects in Fengxin county of Jiangxi province as an example, after the quantification and standardization of 11 evaluation indexes, the comprehensive index of ecological benefits before the implementation of the land development projects is 100, and after is 73.91. The results showed that, the ecological degradation during the implementation process of the land development projects, and put forward corresponding governance measures to provide basis for the implementation of the land development projects decision-making.

Key words: land development, ecological feasibility, the comprehensive index of ecological benefits, cultivated land requisition-compensation balance
