Abstract: Using uncultivated field, rice field, rape field for researching, the formula fertilization scheme design was used, the effects of different NPK fertilization treatments on the growth, the whole plant biomass accumulation, and the linarin content changes of Chrysanthemum indicum L. were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in growth index and effective ingredient content of Chrysanthemum indicum L. cultivated in different cropping systems, and the best treatment for the quality of Chrysanthemum indicum L. was N₂P₂K₂, which achieved the highest quality of Chrysanthemum indicum L. Therefore, the amount of fertilizer of N,P₂O₅,K₂O, respectively was 225.0 kg/hm²,120.0 kg/hm²,150.0 kg/hm².
