Study on cuttage technique of Perilla frutescens lateral branch

Abstract: Through the treatment of perilla(Perilla frutescens) lateral branches and the design of the concentration of rooting powder, the effects of different treatments on perilla lateralis cuttage were studied and the optimal combination was determined. The results showed that there were differences in survival rate, rooting number and rooting length among different cuttage treatments. In treatment 6, a pair of leaves of lateral branches were reserved, and the survival rate was the highest when the concentration of rooting powder was 500 mg/L, reaching 83.3%, the number and length of rooting were significantly higher than other treatments.
