Some thoughts on the high quality development of edible fungi industry in Shiyan city

Abstract: This paper introduces the strong development momentum of Shiyan edible fungi industry in recent five years, and the market system with initial scale, and analyzes the optimistic production and marketing situation of Shiyan edible fungi industry under the test of new epidemic situation. In 2020, in order to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought about by the transformation and convergence of industrial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, the paper puts forward measures such as appropriate scale development, enhancement of product competitiveness, construction of whole industry system, et al, through breaking the topic in the development idea of "stabilizing quantity, improving quality and increasing so as to implement the high-quality development mode.
