Abstract: The young shoots with buds of Dendrobium officinale were used as experimental materials to study the effects of hormone ratio and natural additive banana mud on the induction and proliferation of axillary buds of Dendrobium officinale by plant tissue culture technology. The induced tissue culture seedlings were transplanted into different cultivation substrates for transplanting and domestication. The results showed that the optimum medium for axillary bud induction was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+banana mud 100 g/L; the suitable medium for bud proliferation was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+banana mud 100 g/L; the optimal transplanting substrate for Dendrobium officinale plantlets was sawdust, and the composite substrate was pine bark and sawdust with a volume ratio of 7∶3.
