Immunoprophylaxis of white spot virus syndrome of Procambarus clarkia

Abstract: White soptesyndrom virus is the main pathogen causing crayfish death. The immunomodulator test sample produced by a company in Hubei province. The results showed that the survival rate of the indoor immunization group reached 86.7%,and the control effect reached 90.38%; In the field experiment, the use of immunomodulators during the peak period of white spot virus outbreak can effectively reduce the mortality of crayfish and improve its yield.It shows that the immunomodulator test sample has significant effects and economic benefits for preventing and controlling crayfish white spot virus.
