Analysis on poverty reduction effect and influencing factors of land use patterns of ecological immigrants in Ningxia

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the survey data of 432 migrant households in two cities of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, this study used the FGT poverty measurement method and binary logistic regression method to measure and analyze the poverty reduction effect and influencing factors of land use patterns of migrant households in resettlement areas. The results showed that, compared with the traditional family management of land, the overall poverty level of the new type of collective lease of land was relatively low; the financial capital and psychological capital were the most significant factors influencing the migrant households to accept the new type of collective lease of land,followed by material capital, human capital and social capital,and the influence of natural capital was not very significant. Finally, some suggestions were put forward in order to provide reference for the land use and livelihood restoration of the resettlement areas.
