Abstract: Nanosilver particles were obtained by liquid phase reduction of AgNO3, and nanosilver composite plant medium with good antimicrobial capability was successfully prepared to realize open culture of plant tissues. The experiment mainly included the preparation of nanosilver particles and the preparation of composite plant medium. First, nanosilver particles were prepared in AgNO3 solution using fructose and D-glucose as reduction reagents. The effect of AgNO3 concentration on the nanoparticle size was investigated. Second, the solvent containing the nanosilver particles was added in B5 medium to form a composite plant medium. It was found that with the increase of AgNO3 solution concentration, the average size of nanosilver particles increased, and the size distribution range became wider. Moreover, the composite B5 medium containing the nanosilver particles exhibited significant antimicrobial capability.
