Abstract: E′mai 398,a new wheat cultivar with high yield and multiple disease-resistance,was bred by multiple pyramid cross with years of pedigree selection. It gains breakthrough and has a prospect for application and extension. The breeding process,characteristics,and the cultivation techniques in Hubei province were introduced.
