Abstract: In order to quarry out influence factors and promote difficulties of farmer to attend the land stock-cooperation in underdeveloped areas,guide the peasants to attend the land stock-cooperation,thus guarantee land stock will proceed smoothly. Based on the questionnaire survey of 139 farmer households in Beitian town of Jinzhong city and uses logistic model to analyze the willingness of farmer to attend the land stock-cooperation by selecting 9 indicators. The analysis shows that the following six factors significant impacts farmer’s will：the level of education of the head of household,the number of household labour force,the non-agricultural employment ratio of family members,the degree of understanding of Share cooperation system of rural land,other people’s feedback to land stock-cooperation,attitude to risk;the three factors such as the family annual net income,the area of farmland and the number of farmland have non-significant impacts on farmer’s will. Farmer’s will is influenced both by the actual situation of family and other external factors. Based on the above analysis results,the paper discusses the promote difficulties of land stock-cooperation from internal and external aspects,and puts forward the proposal and the reference for promote farmer to attend the land stock-cooperation in underdeveloped areas.
