Abstract: This research was to surveil the immune antibody level of Newcastle disease in eight chicken farms around Wuhan. The result demonstrated that the average antibody titers of Newcastle disease was from 5.96log2 to 8.23log2. The antibody titers in most poultry farms were consistent(6log2~10log2) and ideal. The level of the whole antibody of Newcastle disease in the fourth poultry farm was highly uneven, and the antibody level of many chickens was too low to protective, and there was risk of disease in the whole chicken group. This research would provide reference for the prevention and control of Newcastle disease in farms.
