The Effect of Seed Dressing with Different Forms of Zinc and Copper on Maize Seedling Growth

Abstract: Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of seed dressing with different forms of zinc and copper on growth and development of maize seedlings root and shoot. Dressing the seeds of test material Zhengdan 958 using chelated or ionic copper and zinc, corn seedlings in the whole basin were harvested and the different sampling index were determinated. The test results showed that seed dressed with zinc and copper could promote seedling growth, and the chelated zinc and copper were better than ionic zinc and copper.
