Abstract: For the present situation of soil polluted by plastic film residue, the field experiment of sweet potato[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.) Burkill] with degradation film was carried out. The results showed that, the oxidative biological degradation film used in this experiment occurred degradation and this degradation was continuous, it could reduce the impact on farmland environment of the plastic film, at the same time the film spreading mode was consistent with ordinary plastic film, and it had the same effects on the growth and yield of sweet potato, it could meet the needs of film mulching cultivation of sweet potato.

Key words: sweet potato[Dioscorea esculenta (Lour.) Burkill], degradable film, experiments analysis
