Abstract: Using the commissioned samples of water-soluble fertilizers received by Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the acute oral toxicity tests were carried out according to Fertilizer Registration-Determination and Evaluation of Acute Oral Toxicity（NY 1980—2010）, and then the acute oral toxicity of five different types water-soluble fertilizers in mice were compared, so as to provide the basis for fertilizer selection and treatment of fertilizer poisoning personnel. The results showed that the major element water-soluble fertilizers, amino acid water-soluble fertilizers and humic acid water-soluble fertilizers were actually non-toxic, the medium element water-soluble fertilizers were actually non-toxic or low toxicity, and the trace element water-soluble fertilizers belonged to low toxicity.
