Tourism image perception of health town based on network text and IPA model:Take Aishan SPA town as an example

Abstract: The study on tourism image perception of health town is of great significance to improve the quality of the town and improve the tourists' satisfaction.Based on the travel notes and comments of Ctrip,Meituan,Dianping,etc.,this study systematically analyzed the tourism image perception of Aishan SPA town by using the network text analysis method and IPA model.It was found that the tourism image perception of Aishan SPA town mainly included five aspectshealth care resources,health care environment,health care experience,infrastructure and professional services.Tourists pay less attention to the transportation facilities,accommodation facilities and other hard facilities,but pay more attention to the internal environment,professional services,hot spring resources and other soft environment.On this basis,the relevant suggestions were put forward.
