Perception of Changsha tourism image destination based on Web text analysis

Abstract: This paper takes web text as the original data, adopts content analysis method and grounded theory, uses ROST CM6 software to analyze Changsha's tourism image destination from three dimensionscognitive image, emotional image and overall image. The results show that the tourists have a high cognition of the tourist attractions of Changsha, and a low cognition of the historical and cultural deposits. In the aspect of emotional image, positive emotions dominated, but negative emotions accounted for nearly a quarter; On the whole, tourists have a good perception of Changsha's overall image.
