Based on the theory of ecological security and sustainable development, and the research of urbanization at home and abroad, this paper established the evaluation index system of ecologically safe town’s development, which is composed of evaluation index system of urbanization development quality and early warning evaluation index system of urban ecological security. Using this evaluation system with the entropy method and subtraction principle, evaluated the development of three typical regions in Hebei province, then made a comparative analysis between horizontal and vertical. The results showed that the evaluation system can not only judge the overall development quality of urban, but also can reflect the trend of ecological security change in urban, enhanced the early warning ability of urbanization quality evaluation.

Base on the analysis of the influencing population, space flow, and the shortest path of urban tourism, the concept of collaboration degree of urban tourism was explicitly proposed, the collaboration degree measure model of urban tourism was creatively constructed. Taking 36 prefecture level cities of Yangtze river economic belt as the research object, spatial-temporal structures and development patterns of urban tourism coordinate development of Yangtze river economic belt in 1990, 1999, 2008, and 2018 were explored, with the method of entropy, principal component analysis and network analysis. The results showed that, the development patterns of urban tourism could be divided into collaboration pattern, integration pattern, basic pattern, and unorganized pattern according to the collaboration degree. The collaborative development patterns of urban tourism was transforming from unorganized pattern to collaboration pattern between 1990 to 2018, the collaborative development of urban tourism will be the represent the general trend of the future. Development of urban tourism changed from the original pursuit of economic coordination to the pursuit of economic, social, cultural, environmental multiple collaborative developments, which indicated the spatial-temporal structure evolution of urban tourism followed the basic law of urban tourism development in China.

Data analysis on urbanization rate, domestic tourism income and international tourism foreign exchange income in mainland China from 1997 to 2012 was made. The results showed that tourism development and urbanization were two-way interaction. There is a bilateral causality between tourism development and urbanization. The significant of the bilateral causality of different provinces and cities were different. The law of change revealed that other factors that affected the interaction were playing a role.Promoting urbanization through tourism development is a feasible policy choice.

Based on the new situation and characteristics of China’s wine industry development under the background of competition in the production area, the evaluation index system of wine industry competitiveness in China was constructed from the perspective of production areas, and the competitiveness of the wine industry in 12 major wine producing provinces in China’s nine major wine regions was evaluated by using combination empowerment and TOPSIS model. The results show that market share, industrial profit, industrial productivity and other factors have a greater impact on the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s domestic wine industry, and the industrial environment impact is relatively small. Therefore, according to its own local conditions and strength, each producing area should take targeted measures to cultivate and build a unique competitiveness.

This paper takes web text as the original data, adopts content analysis method and grounded theory, uses ROST CM6 software to analyze Changsha's tourism image destination from three dimensionscognitive image, emotional image and overall image. The results show that the tourists have a high cognition of the tourist attractions of Changsha, and a low cognition of the historical and cultural deposits. In the aspect of emotional image, positive emotions dominated, but negative emotions accounted for nearly a quarter; On the whole, tourists have a good perception of Changsha's overall image.

Taking the poverty-alleviation and relocation settlements in Ankang revolutionary old area as the research object, the indirect sustainable livelihood security mechanism of renewable energy is analyzed, and the calculation method of indirect sustainable livelihood security efficiency of renewable energy and its integrated utilization system matrix is proposed. The results show that the poverty alleviation households have basically achieved the goal of livelihood maintenance, but there is still a gap with the goal of sustainable livelihood. Renewable energy has economic, environmental and social benefits, especially sustainable economic gains and employment opportunities can compensate for the sustainable livelihood security that poverty-stricken households lose as they move away from the land.

Based on the data from 1997 to 2016, the effects of rural investment level index, rural savings rate index and rural financial institution credit index on farmers' income growth in Jiangsu Province were investigated. Results show that the development of rural finance in Jiangsu Province is an important reason for the increase of farmers' income, but the increase of farmers' income has not become the reason for the development of rural finance. Based on this, under the background of China's economy entering a new era, it is necessary to further reform the rural financial system, play the leading role of the rural formal finance, perfect and develop rural informal finance, improve the quality of farmers, and improve the quality of economic growth.

Rural industrial convergence is a financial "Hematopoietic mode" way to support agriculture and a key path to increase farmers’ income. Through the intermediary variable of rural industrial convergence， the mechanism of financial "Hematopoietic mode" support for increasing farmers' income was explained.The control variable regression analysis and PSM matching with tendency score method were used synthetically. The influence of the financial support "Hematopoietic mode" for agriculture on rural residents'income were analyzed by real evidence. The results showed that under the financial support， rural industrial convergence had a significant promoting effect on farmers’income. Based on this， it should improve the finical system for agriculture， support diversified industrial convergence and build a benefit linkage mechanism， so as to promote the multi-channel and substantial increase of farmers' income.

The economic problems of immigrants are not only related to their own living conditions, but also to social stability. Taking the Three Gorges Project rural migrants in Fuling District of Chongqing city as the research object, an investigation was made, and the economic status of migrants from the perspective of labor mobility was analyzed. The results show that the improvement of education level has a significant role in promoting the flow of labor force and the growth of economic income, and the outflow of labor force has a significant role in improving economic income. The obvious economic gap between immigrants and aborigines has become a hidden risk of social instability. At the same time, the following suggestions are put forward：W36①the resettlement compensation policies and standards should be fully investigated to meet the actual needs of migrants, while taking into account the feelings of the aborigines, so as to avoid social contradictions caused by the implementation of the policies;②carry out targeted and practical vocational skills training to improve the quality of migrants and increase their income; ③introduce social forces to solve the problem of population aging to reduce the burden of migrant families; ④long-term solution to the economic problems of migrants requires vigorous development of education; ⑤develop local economy to enhance the ability to absorb employment, and attract local employment of young workers, and enhance the vitality of local economy.

The connotation and constituent elements of local government competitiveness was briefly described, and the significance of enhancing the competitiveness of local government was discussed. A comprehensive evaluation index system of local government competitiveness was established based on the principle of science and independence, and factor analysis of the competitiveness of 13 prefecture-level municipal governments in Jiangsu province was carried out through SPSS 25.0 software to explain the relationship between local government’s economic regulation and control capabilities, social service capabilities, scientific and educational cultural capabilities, safety control capabilities and local government competitiveness. Finally, enhancing the competitiveness strategic choice were proposed.

Taking 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong province as the research object, the relevant data from 2007 to 2016 was selected to construct the evaluation index system of urban human settlement environment quality. The entropy method was used to calculate the weight of each city and calculate the urban human settlement environmental quality score.The results showed that the quality of urban human settlements in Shandong province presented a downward trend. The scores of the provincial capital Jinan was higher than other cities, and score of the coastal areas was higher than the inland areas. The main factor determining the urban human settlement environmental quality is economic factors. However, the influence of cultural factors, environmental factors and public service factors on the quality of urban human settlements is increasing.

Taking the 186 cultivated land protection policy texts issued by the state from 2005 to 2017 as research samples, the cooperation of policy-making subjects, the change of policy quantity and the configuration of policy tools was analyzed by text quantitative analysis method. The results showed that the main body of cultivated land protection policy issued by the state from 2005 to 2017 remained a diversified feature but lack of synergy. There was an obvious characteristic that the central government dominated the policy-making process. In terms of policy tools allocation, there were some structure defects such as excessive application of environmental policy tools, low frequency of supply policy tools, insufficient application of demand policy tools. It payed too much attention on the functions of "construction" and "characteristic management" of cultivated land, but lacked in the functions of "eating" and "ecological protection". Finally, In view of the deficiencies in the above policy making process, some suggestions for future policy adjustments were put forward.

The reform of the forest resources property right system in the state-owned forest farm in China is relatively lagging, which is not compatible with the development requirements of the existing market economy, which has restricted the economic and social development of the state-owned forest farm and led to a large loss of the forest resources in the state-owned forest farm. Perfecting the property right protection system of state-owned forest farms and improving the forest resources management system of state-owned forest farms is the basic prerequisite for fundamentally strengthening the management of forest resources in state-owned forest farms, ensuring the long-term development of state-owned forest farms and enhancing the development stamina of state-owned forest farms. The mortgage loan behavior of forest resources in state-owned forest farms was analyzed from the angle of the defect of the external and internal restraint mechanism. The defects of the external restraint mechanism were mainly analyzed from the relevant legal system at the national level, the provincial forestry administrative departments, the provincial financial departments, the provincial state-owned capital departments, and the lending banks. The defects of internal restraint mechanism were mainly analyzed from the point of view of failure of liability target system and imperfect management structure of enterprise corporate. Due to the lack of internal and external constraints of state-owned forest farms, state-owned forest farms have successfully provided mortgage guarantees to on-site enterprises to bank loans. On the basis of this,some suggestions on improving the limitation mechanism of state-owned forest resources were put forward.
